| The CTW Advent Service 2006 took place on 3rd December at Wokingham Baptist Church. The message entitled 'Be Prepared' was given by the Rev Lynn Green the senior minister at the Baptist Church. The readings were from Isiah 40:1-11 and Luke 12:35-48. |

| The Churches Together in Wokingham (CTW) United Service for the week of Christian Unity (2006) was held at Wokingham Baptist Church on Sunday Evening 22nd January 2006. The service was led by Rev Lynn Green, the minister of the Baptist Church. The service included the commissioning of Yvette Edwards the new Wokingham Christian Schools Worker with a time of prayer, all included in this recording. The key passage was taken from Mathew 18: 15-21 - 'Where two or three are gathered in my name' developing a theme of building relationships and serving each other in the Churches and in our community. It was noted that this is being partially worked out in The Big Idea (the-big-idea.org). Praying together is such an important thing in the name of our Lord. There is no one Church that can hold all of the blessing that he has to give us. |
